We need to stand together to help the most vulnerable people in Odisha, providing oxygen concentrator devices due to Covid-19.
Generally, India is currently experiencing the highest number of Covid-19 cases daily ever recorded. With a new variant 'B.1.617' spreading like wildfire, and a shortage of oxygen supply for those who rely on such support, around 3 thousand deaths PER DAY are occurring.
Help needs to arrive fast, without long administrative costs. With your donation you make this possible!
We believe in moving mountains together to make the difference for hundreds of lives.

Dear friends and supporters
We are happy to inform you about the big success of our Covid-19 project on these special days of summer solstice. You’ve made the unbelievable come true! Together we raised 46’350 Swiss Francs within a month, to get the much needed ventilators and oxygen concentrators to the Kalinga Institute of Medical Science (KIMS) in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
With your help and many hours of work, we could provide relief (beds, concentrators, Hamilton intensive care units ICU) for covid patients (30’000 CHF). Additionally, we also support children who lost their parents with food packages and adoptions to the orphanage of the Kalinga Institute of Social Science (KISS) (16’350 CHF). From the bottom of our hearts - thank you!
Due to the pressing covid crisis in India, Nik advanced the money to get the help to KIMS in Bhubaneswar, Odisha as soon as possible. Despite shipping difficulties, we are happy to share these pictures with you, showing the ventilators in the hospital. It wasn’t self-evident that this was possible to happen as Nik was fully in charge of his work at the federal palace at the same time (3 weeks summer session). But together everything becomes possible!
Thank you so much for your support.
Warmest wishes,
Nik and the Copalana Team
