Pink Fridays 2021
In support of Breast Cancer Awareness month, we are inviting everyone to join us in making a donation and wearing the colour pink on Fridays, October 22nd and 29th, 2021 - at work, at home or wherever you will be.
Each year in Switzerland, over 40,000 people are diagnosed with cancer.
6250 people in Switzerland are diagnosed with breast cancer (mammary carcinoma) every year. This makes breast cancer the most common type of cancer in women: breast cancer accounts for almost one third of all cancer diagnoses in women.
Although the risk of breast cancer increases significantly after the age of 50, the disease also affects younger women: 20% of all patients are younger than 50 at the time of diagnosis.
Make yourself strong and get involved with a donation - because together we are stronger!

Thank you for your support! We are overwhelmed by the amount raised thanks to Pink Friday 2021, which we will gladly use for breast cancer projects.
The number of new cases among women in Switzerland has risen to 6 250 per year. However, thanks to advances in research, early detection and improved therapies, around 80 percent of women affected by breast cancer survive their disease in the longer term.
All our work is only possible thanks to the commitment of donors like you. Therefore, once again, a heartfelt thank you for your valuable support and solidarity. -
